Hair shopping again

In the market for a new hair color again...my last ditch attempt at a non-allergic black hair experience failed when I tried to touch up the first time and so in a little less than a week (after Christmas), I will say goodbye to my lovely black hair for the last time. :( At least until the hair dye companies wake up and realize that overall the hair-dying world populace is not-so-slowly becoming allergic to all this chemical crap and design a new kind of dye that doesn't fry innocent scalps.

But in the mean time ;) I'll go back to the amazing but vaguely unreliable world of henna dyes. I'm thinking of either going for this color:

And then I'll plan on it fading out to something closer to this:

My other possibility is to go for something like this:

Right now I'm flip-flopping between the two and can't decide...guess I have a few days and when I lighten from the black, the decision might be made for me by how well it lightens. Wish me luck!
